Albert Diaz-Silveira and Cristina Quintero have joined Polsinelli PC as shareholders with the corporate M&A practice group in Miami, the firm said Tuesday.
Diaz-Silveira focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions, according to Polsinelli. He has experience with the financial services, manufacturing, energy, aviation, and distribution industries.
Quintero advises clients on general corporate matters and transformative transactions, Polsinelli said.
