George Tsai has joined Polsinelli PC as a shareholder in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice in Denver, Colo., the firm said Thursday.
Tsai provides counsel on executive and incentive compensation issues, according to Polsinelli. He has assisted companies in the structuring and implementation of equity and equity-based incentive plans and awards.
He advises on broad-based plans and individualized arrangements, including executive employment, retention, and severance agreements, said the firm.
