Matt Smith joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its private equity mergers & acquisitions practice in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.

Smith guides clients through mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and commercial transactions, and advises clients across construction, health care, manufacturing, energy, logistics, home services, software and technology industries. He also represents venture capital and private equity sponsors in fund formation and investment matters, and advises business owners and private investors on corporate, transactional and strategic matters, the firm said.
