Joseph Delehanty joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its commercial litigation practice in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.

Delehanty represents companies in high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts nationwide, focusing on contract, shareholder and fiduciary duty claims, trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, and trademark and copyright disputes. He also serves as a trusted adviser to companies navigating commercial agreements, employment issues, financings and mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
