Polsinelli Brings on Rothenberg to Health Care Practice in LA

Zachary Rothenberg has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the health care litigation and disputes practice in the Los Angeles office, the firm said Thursday.

Rothenberg litigates out-of-network and in-network reimbursement cases for addiction treatment facilities and responds to special investigation audits, according to Polsinelli.

He also provides advice on labor and employment defense matters related to race discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and retaliation, Polsinelli said.
