J. Powell Carman and C. Brendan Johnson have joined Polsinelli PC as shareholders with the business department in St. Louis, Mo., the firm said Tuesday.
They work on complex transactions, securities financing, corporate matters, strategic alliances, and venture capital investments, the firm said.
Carman joins the corporate mergers and acquisitions practice group, and Johnson joins the venture capital and emerging growth companies practice group, Polsinelli said.
