Cassandra Foster has joined Polsinelli PC as a shareholder in the real estate practice group in the Denver office, the firm said Wednesday.
Foster has private practice and in-house experience advising real estate developers, investors, institutional lenders, and private equity groups on real estate acquisition, disposition, development, finance banking, and corporate law, according to Polsinelli.
She previously served as vice president of the transactions side of the business of a health care real estate investment and development firm, said the firm.
