Robert Sarfatis has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder with the corporate M&A practice who will split his time between the firm’s offices in Dallas and Park City, Utah, the firm said Thursday.
Sarfatis is well-versed in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate and executive matters, according to the firm.
His clients span a wide range of industries, including renewable natural gas, private equity, venture capital, construction, marketing, retail, fintech, and biotech, among other fields, the firm said.
