Polsinelli Adds Ramsey, Smith as Shareholders in Denver Office

Genniveve Ramsey and Charlie Smith have joined Polsinelli as shareholders with the real estate practice in Denver, the firm said Monday.

Ramsey, who is returning to the firm, advises owners, operators, developers, investors, lenders, and borrowers on a national platform in commercial real estate transactions, according to Polsinelli.

Smith focuses on advising clients on property acquisitions and dispositions, development, land use, public-private partnerships, government relations, financing, and commercial and retail leasing, Polsinelli said.
