Polsinelli Adds Private Equity M&A Shareholder Raymond Jacobi

Raymond J. Jacobi has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the private equity M&A practice in Chicago, the firm said Wednesday.

Jacobi’s practice is centered on M&A, capital raising, private equity, and general corporate matters, according to Polsinelli.

He represents privately held start-ups and technology companies alongside their owners throughout organizational growth cycles, said the firm.
