Matthew Friedrich joined Polsinelli as a principal in its real estate practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.
Friedrich advises equity investors, family offices, institutional investment advisors, REITs, and real estate companies on commercial real estate transactions. He guides clients through joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across asset classes and geographies, the firm said.
