David Reintjes has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the private equity practice group and is based in the Kansas City office, the firm said Wednesday.
He previously served as global chief compliance officer and general counsel for the Asia Pacific region at TPG, a private equity firm, according to Polsinelli.
Reintjes advises private equity, and venture capital firms and family offices on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and operation, portfolio management, and international investments and operations, the firm said.
