Polsinelli Adds James Kim to Government Contracts Practice in DC

James W. Kim has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder with the government contracts practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.

Kim, whose experience covers procurement law, advises companies that do business with the US government, particularly professional services organizations, technology companies, and companies in the life sciences industry, according to Polsinelli.

He provides counsel related to US government funding and US market access involving procurement contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and Other Transaction Authorities, Polsinelli said.
