Polsinelli Adds Health-Care Litigation Shareholder Richard Rose

Richard Rose joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its health-care litigation practice group in Chattanooga, Tenn., the firm announced Monday.

Rose represents hospitals and other health-care providers in managed care and payor disputes, the firm said. He advises on health care reimbursement disputes, underpayments, recoupments, denials of coverage, out-of-network claims, emergency claims, inpatient and outpatient denials, general medical necessity denials, leased networks, laws and policies impacting provider reimbursement, and health plan litigation involving commercial, federal and state payors, and managed care organizations.

He implements all forms of resolution for disputes, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
