Kevin Elkins joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its health-care litigation practice group in Nashville, the firm announced Tuesday.
Elkins represents health-care clients in managed care and payor disputes along with other related litigation, the firm said. Additionally, he ligates intellectual property and commercial disputes.
He works with clients ranging from publicly traded corporations in the health-care and life sciences sectors to individuals and closely-held companies.
