Tara M. Darling has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the real estate finance practice group in Dallas, the firm said Tuesday.
Darling advises clients on lending transactions across different commercial real estate asset classes, according to Polsinelli.
She focuses on affordable housing transactions including Section 8 and HAP contracts, low-income housing tax credits, and tax exemptions, said the firm.
