Michelle Genet Bernstein has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the firm’s commercial litigation practice in Miami, the firm said Wednesday.
Bernstein focuses her practice on complex financial products litigation, contractual disputes, commercial real estate, joint venture, and partnership disputes, according to the firm.
She is the fourth shareholder Polsinelli has added in Miami in 2024, the firm said.
