Cameron Weil joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its New York City and Miami offices, the firm announced Tuesday.
Weil represents investors, sellers, buyers, owners, and lenders in navigating complexities in the real estate and related capital markets, the firm said.
Additionally, he advises clients on real estate securities offerings, including Delaware statutory trusts, real estate investment trusts, and opportunity zone funds.
