Elevate, a provider of legal software, consulting, and services, said Tuesdaythat it is acquiring intellectual property research company Sagacious IP, and that Sagacious co-founders Anant Kataria and Tarun Bansal are joining the Elevate management team.
Founded in 2008, Sagacious serves legal customers worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies and IAM1000-listed firms, with experts and IP technology tools, Elevate said. The acquisition, for which financial details weren’t provided, brings over 500 professionals, including IP experts from diverse technology areas and multilingual expertise, to Elevate.
