Proskauer Adds Regulatory Partner Nathan Schuur in Washington

Nathan Schuur joined Proskauer as a partner in its private funds group in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Schuur provides legal counsel and guidance on a range of matters, including regulatory issues arising under the Advisers Act and Investment Company Act, the structuring and operations of investment companies and investment advisers, and other related issues, the firm said.

He joins from the US Securities and Exchange Commission where he was counsel to a commissioner.
