Eaton Names Polaris’s Lucy Clark Dougherty as General Counsel

Lucy Clark Dougherty has been named general counsel at Eaton, an intelligent power management company, the company said Thursday.

Dougherty joins Eaton from Polaris, where she served as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Prior to that, she held various legal leadership roles at General Motors and as counsel in the US Departments of Justice and Homeland Security.
