Reed Smith Adds Arthur Tso as Global Corporate Group Partner

Arthur Tso joined Reed Smith as a partner in its global corporate group in Hong Kong, the firm announced Monday.

Tso advises clients on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, outbound investments, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance, the firm said.

He represents issuers, shareholders, underwriters and sponsors on IPOs, including secondary and dual primary listings, on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

He joins from DLA Piper.
