Alex Bafi joined Hughes Hubbard & Reed as a partner in its securities and capital markets group in Paris, the firm announced Tuesday.
Bafi advises investment banks and corporations on equity and debt capital markets transactions as well as high yield financing, the firm said.
His work focuses on markets in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Greece, North Africa, and the Middle East.
