Covington Adds Sarah Harrington to Appellate, Supreme Court Group

Sarah Harrington will join Covington as partner in its appellate and Supreme Court practice in Washington on Dec. 1, the firm said Monday.

Harrington focuses on appellate matters concerning administrative law, preemption, federal statutory questions, civil procedure, trademarks, constitutional law, and environmental law, the firm said.

She most recently served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General overseeing the Civil Division’s Appellate Section at the Justice Department.
