Current and former PJM Interconnection LLC officials warned states and utilities considering exiting the transmission organization over price volatility that such a decision would create more uncertainty for customers.
Craig Glazer, who coordinates all of PJM’s regulatory and legislative policies before Congress, and Vincent Duane, a former vice president at PJM, both urged caution on a panel at William & Mary Law School’s “Future of Energy” conference on Wednesday.
