Steven Green joined Pillsbury as a partner in its corporate practice in Silicon Valley, the firm announced Tuesday.
Green advises emerging growth companies in the life sciences and technology industries on business and legal issues throughout their corporate lifecycles. He guides clients through company formation, financings, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings, the firm said.
He joins from Goodwin Proctor.
