John Rockwell joinedPillsbury as a partner in Silicon Valley, the firm announced.

Rockwell works with early-stage and late-stage companies on corporate-related matters and advises founders and companies on entity formation, venture capital, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. He also works with international-based founders, companies and investors in connection with corporate restructures and cross-border investments, financings and acquisitions, the firm said.
