Gerald Konkel joined Pillsbury as a partner in its insurance recovery and advisory practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.
Konkel represents corporate policyholders in coverage disputes. He advises on and pursues recoveries from insurance for companies’ liabilities and business losses, including those arising from toxic tort, product liability, business interruption, property loss, and other liabilities, the firm said.
He joins from Morgan Lewis.
