Pillsbury Boosts NY Finance Practice With Partner Jeff Norton

Jeff Norton joined Pillsbury as a partner in its debt finance practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Norton advises clients across complex public and private financing transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, private credit, structured finance, capital markets, fund finance, project finance, and restructuring. He represents financial sponsors, corporations, funds, and financial institutions in the US and internationally, with a practice distinguished by sophisticated, cross-border matters that require close collaboration across disciplines and jurisdictions, the firm said.

He joins from O’Melveny & Myers.
