Sungbum Lee has joined Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as an international trade partner in the firm’s London office, the firm said Wednesday.
Lee represents South Korean clients on trade matters such as US trade remedy proceedings, US and European Union economic sanctions relating to Iran and Russia, and customs reviews and tariff classification issues, according to Pillsbury.
He has also represented the South Korean government in investor-state disputes submitted under bilateral investment treaties and free trade agreements, and advises clients on regulatory issues and litigation, the firm said.
