Robert “Robby” Stein joined Pillsbury as a partner in its finance and restructuring practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Stein advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other public and private companies in connection with debt financings, including acquisition and venture financings, the firm said.
He joins from Goodwin Procter.
