Lillian Kim has joined Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as a partner in New York, the firm said Monday.
Kim has experience in the technology and life sciences industries, acting for public company clients, according to Pillsbury.
She works on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate matters, Pillsbury said.
