Daniel Porter, Matthew McCullough, and James Durling joined Pillsbury as partners in its international trade practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Porter represents exporters, importers, and foreign governments on US laws affecting cross-border shipment of goods, including trade remedy provisions, customs regulations, and special trade case proceedings. He advises on litigation and investigations before domestic regulators, World Trade Organization cases, and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States submissions, the firm said.
