Pillsbury Adds Holland & Knight Energy Partner Humes in New York

Stephen Humes joined Pillsbury as a partner in its energy practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.

Humes represents independent power producers, utilities, exempt wholesale generators, energy developers, private equity firms, green banks, and public power authorities on transactional, regulatory, and environmental matters pertaining to the development of conventional and renewable energy infrastructure. His work spans the full energy project lifecycle from early-stage planning through complex negotiations of critical project documents including power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, development services agreements, and operations and maintenance agreements, the firm said.

He joins from Holland & Knight.
