Mark Krotoski has joined Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as a partner in Silicon Valley, Calif., and will lead the cyber disputes team, the firm said Monday.
Krotoski, who joins from Morgan Lewis, has experience with antitrust cartel investigations and white-collar defense matters, according to Pillsbury.
He served as a federal prosecutor and national coordinator of the computer hacking and intellectual property program of the criminal division of the Justice Department. He also held the roles of assistant chief of the national criminal enforcement section of the DOJ’s antitrust division, and chief of the criminal division in the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, Pillsbury said.
