Chris Caffarone joined Pillsbury as a partner in its corporate investigations and white collar defense practice, the firm announced Tuesday.
Caffarone’s practice includes securities, financial services, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions litigation, all grounded in extensive experience with both criminal and civil cases, the firm said.
He joins from the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
