Andy Smetana joined Pillsbury as a venture capital and emerging company partner in Austin, the firm announced Tuesday.
Smetana advises clients in navigating major transactions involving venture capital, private equity, and strategic investors, with a focus on venture capital financings, complex M&A transactions, divestitures, securities offerings, and corporate governance, the firm said.
He joins from Perkins Coie.
