Sidharth “Sid” Kapoor joined Pierson Ferdinand as a partner in its intellectual property practice in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm announced Oct. 2.
Kapoor advises clients in the artificial intelligence, computer-implemented technologies, and medical devices industries in patent litigation, post-grant proceedings, and patent prosecution, the firm said.
