PierFerd Adds Matthew Rebus as M&A, Private Capital Partner

Matthew Rebus joined Pierson Ferdinand as a junior partner in its corporate department in London, the firm announced Thursday.

Rebus’s clients include both public and private entities ranging from institutional investors to high growth companies, the firm said. He advises clients on merger and acquisition transactions for both strategic and private equity participants, corporate governance and restructurings, fund formation and capital raises, and material commercial agreements.

He joins from Fasken Martineau DuMoulin.
