PierFerd Adds Julian Hammar as Corporate Partner in New York, DC

Julian Hammar joined Pierson Ferdinand as a partner in its corporate department in New York and Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Hammar is a recognized authority in futures, derivatives, and commodities - especially energy regulation, blockchain, foreign exchange and related securities law matters. He has financial regulation experience and was involved in drafting the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

Hammar joins from Nodal Exchange LLC, where he served as associate general counsel.
