Edward Zughaib joined Pierson Ferdinand as a partner in its real estate practice in Washington, the firm announced Nov. 19.
Zughaib represents national and regional lenders and borrowers in complex loan transactions, developers and investors on real estate acquisitions, sales, and development, and advises commercial landlords and tenants internationally, the firm said.
He joins from FisherBroyles.
