Phelps Grows With Amanda Kujda as Insurance, Litigation Partner

Amanda Kujda joined Phelps as a partner working with energy and casualty insurers in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Kujda will counsel insurers on the liability and damages sides of claims from beginning to end, the firm said.

She will also help insurers manage and mitigate the scope of issues that arise in connection with energy risk and casualty insurance policies, Phelps said.

Michael Carrer also joins the firm as counsel, according to the announcement.
