Phathom Pharmaceuticals Appoints Cook as Chief Legal Officer

Anne Marie Cook joined Phathom Pharmaceuticals as chief legal officer and corporate secretary, the company announced Monday.

Cook is an experienced advisor to pharmaceutical companies on corporate governance, commercial law, regulatory compliance, strategic transactions, and legal strategy, the company said.

She joins from Sage Therapeutics, where she was general counsel.
