Jacquelyn Kasulis, a former Justice Department lawyer who led the prosecution of “pharma bro” Martin Shkreli, has joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in its New York office.
Kasulis jumps to Kirkland after a 14-year stint as a federal prosecutor in Brooklyn, which included a stretch as
acting U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York. She will represent companies, executives, and boards in investigations and litigation, the firm said in a Tuesday announcement.
