Peter H. Donaldson has joined Armstrong Teasdale as a partner with the litigation practice group in Salt Lake City, Utah, the firm said Thursday.
Donaldson focuses on commercial litigation, including disputes regarding contracts, real property, land use, and securities, according to Armstrong Teasdale.
He also works on corporate governance, employment, insurance, franchising, creditor’s rights, and intellectual property, Armstrong Teasdale said.
