* Chad E. Davis and Katherine A. Helm have joined Dechert LLP’s intellectual property practice in Boston and New York, respectively, as partners. Davis previously was at Goodwin Procter LLP and Helm was at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
* IP attorney G. Peter Nichols has left Brinks Gilson & Lione, Chicago, to join Barnes & Thornburg LLP, Chicago, as a partner in the firm’s litigation practice department.
