Perkins Ordered to Disclose Records in Ohio State Sex Abuse Case

Perkins Coie has been ordered by a federal judge to turn over information about certain witnesses in sexual assault allegations against an Ohio State University doctor.

The law firm was hired to investigate claims that Richard Strauss abused thousands of male wrestlers and others during his two decades at the school up until 1998. Perkins Coie has been fighting a subpoeana from lawyers suing the school over its handling of the assaults.
