Perkins Coie Welcomes Back M&A Partner Beuche to Denver Office

Jeff Beuche returned to Perkins Coie as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions practice in Denver, the firm announced Monday.

Beuche advises on complex M&A deals and represents public and private companies, investors, management teams, and founders in connection with transformative opportunities. He represents clients from technology, software, semiconductors, healthcare, life sciences, retail and consumer products, agriculture, energy, and natural resources industries, the firm said.

He was most recently a partner at Cooley, according to his LinkedIn profile.
