Paul Navarro has rejoined Perkins Coie as an emerging companies and venture capital partner in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.
Navarro, who joins from Morrison Foerster, will advise entrepreneurs and technology startups and lead a practice serving Latin America, according to Perkins Coie.
He serves as an adviser to clients across the fintech, cybersecurity, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and entertainment sectors, said the firm. Navarro has guided clients through equity and debt financings, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, venture capital, and angel financings.
