Kerry Potter McCormick joined Perkins Coie in the corporate and financial regulation practices in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
McCormick advises fund sponsors and alternative asset managers on the launch and operation of investment structures and products, including private funds, funds-of-one, managed accounts, and co-investment products, the firm said.
She also advises private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, credit funds, and funds-of-funds on all aspects of the product life cycle, from early-stage funding and negotiations to wind-downs.
She joins from from Barnes & Thornburg.
